Crystal's amazing service!

We drove in late from Texas, and Crystal at the front desk was a lifesaver! Super nice and really helpful. Breakfast the next day was top-notch and honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The bar was cozy, too. Just a bummer that the hot tub wasn't working, would've loved to use it after our drive!

Loved the beautiful lobby and friendly staff, but hot water issues at night were disappointing.

the hilton garden had a great location, super close to the airport, which made my early flight a breeze. the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center were nice perks, too! the room was clean, and the bathroom upgrades really stood out. the staff in the lobby were also friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.

Everything met my expectations.

I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a nice variety of southern-style dishes. The location was convenient, close to the airport. ☀️

An Unexpected Treasure

The location was perfect for our family reunion, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and authentically local.

However, we encountered issues with the water temperature in our room. Showers were lukewarm at best, which was quite frustrating especially after a long day.

The elevator showed signs of neglect, too, with dirty buttons and floors. While I appreciate the efforts to keep things running, a little more attention to maintenance would go a long way. Minor hiccups, but overall a decent stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the front desk service could be more attentive, as I experienced delays during check-in.

Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find the parking lot flooded, making it a hassle to unload my things. The room had some cleanliness issues, with hair in the bathroom sink and noticeably dirty carpets, causing me to hesitate letting my infant crawl on the floor. I was shocked to find there were no complimentary amenities during my stay, including breakfast, which is generally expected. Additionally, I encountered a peculiar odor in the hallways along with incessant air blowers running, which only added to the discomfort. The shower pressure was dismal, and I dealt with water spilling out onto the bathroom floor due to ineffective shower doors.
